Custom 3d printed order . . . this might be the "one"
testing different cages, designs, materials, sizes I have now a small metal spiked cage that fits well and due to the "grip" of the spikes is fairly secure and a small plastic one that is very stubby but I can pull-out if I get too frustrated. For long term wear you quickly realize that you don't need or want so much room most of the time day to day and small issues like the spikes leaving marks/irritation or the need for integrated locking mechanism, or need for airflow and "breathing room" for the skin to stay healthy.
With custom sized measurements and a cleaver anti-pullout system that should be more comfortable than spikes I have high hopes for this one and ordered a plastic "permalocker" if things go well as an option for the future *gulp*
